Ears are airbrushed and made of fake fur. There is wire on the inside and the ears attach via clips. If they need to be reshaped it's easiest to do that on a mannequin headform or something round.
You can groom with a comb or slicker brush, brushing in the direction of the fur. You can spot clean if necessary with a bit of dish soap and a washcloth gently brushing.
Make sure the ears are stored dry.
